Anesthesiologist Locum - Methodist Mansfield Medical Center

Anesthesia Coverage Needs:
4x10 non consecutive. Need full time.

Site Details:
Number of MDs/CRNAs per day: 20 MDs / 14 CRNAs
Number of operating rooms: 20
OR case volume: Approximately 1,600 cases per month between both facilities
Number of deliveries: 180 per month
Cross credential: BAYLOR ORTHOPEDIC AND SPINE HOSPITAL AT ARLINGTON (may be able to expedite file here so provider can work in the interim if approved before Mansfield. Main work location will be Mansfield)
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
Desired start: ASAP after credentialing
Length of contract: 3-6 months
